We offer shipping across the United States.

• Processing Time: All in-stock items are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom commissions or made-to-order dioramas have specific timelines discussed during the ordering process.

• Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers to ensure your delicate miniatures arrive safely. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Packaging: Every diorama is packed with extreme care using professional-grade materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jack's Dioramas.

• Standard Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for ready-made models. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom Commissions: Please note that custom-made dioramas and personalized models are non-refundable, as they are created specifically to your requirements.

• Digital Products: All digital downloads (such as guides or photos) are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Damages: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at jacksdioramas@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue immediately.
